This event is a fun, FREE (ice time and skate rental), day for families with children ages 5-21 with disabilities.  The entire family will be able to partake in this event and share their time together.  Coaches from Blade and Edge Figure Skating Club will be teaching some mini lessons for children with disabilities while the rest of the family can skate together and then their child can come join them if they should choose.  This event is meant to be one where  the whole family can be united performing the same activity.  Time will be split both on and off the ice.  Off the ice events will be lead by volunteers and physical therapy students from Creighton University and staff from the Pediatric Therapy Center.

Event Timing

Check-in: 2:30-2:45pm

Ice Time: 3-4:30/4:45

Return Skates and Wrap-up: 4:30/4:45-5:15pm
